Q. How often does your company come out?
A. We offer weekly, twice-a-week, bi-monthly, monthly and one-time clean up services.
Q. Do you work holidays?
A. Yes, but limited. We do not offer our services on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day, and New Years Day. We do offer our services on all other holidays!
Q. Do you work on rainy days?
A. Depends. Because of the lack of visibility and wet grounds, we cannot provide our clients with the high level of service they expect from us. If we can get to your house before it starts
raining, we will complete your service for that day. However, if we cannot, services will resume on your next scheduled visit. Of course you will not be charged for the missed service.
Q. Do you contact us on rain days to let us know that you will not be coming?
A. Yes. If we cannot provide you with our services due to rain, we will email you letting you know that we will not be coming that day. In that email we will let you know when we will
resume services. We do not call our clients since it would be virtually impossible to call each and every client.
Q. Should I unlock my gate?
A. Yes. Since employees are not allowed to jump or climb fences, your gate must remain unlocked on your scheduled date of service and we will gladly lock up your gate upon our
departure. If you like, we will loan you a combination lock at no cost to you. If the gate is locked and we are unable to enter the backyard, we will still count that as a regular visit since the
next time there will be twice as much to clean.
Q. Can you work with the dog in the yard?
A. In most cases, yes. However, if your pet is aggressive and/or territorial, it must be out of the area to be serviced. If your pet does not allow us to clean your yard on our visit, we still
count that as a regular visit since the next time there will be twice as much to clean.
Q. Why does Super Dog only give regular scheduled days and not exact times?
A. Since we cannot control daylight, weather, traffic, accidents, road construction, and emergency visits, we also cannot control exact time. Even though your time may differ, we will do
our best to service your yard on the same day(s) of the week. We will always notify you if we need to change your service day for some reason.
Q. Are visits consecutive or can I pick and choose what weeks?
A. Regardless of package or service, all visits are consecutive. For example, for a "Once a Week" monthly package, you will get a service visit once a week for 4 consecutive weeks. If you
are going out of town and your dog(s) will not be home for an extended period of time, we can skip a service visit and add it to the end of that month of service. Please let us know at least
24 hours in advance if this is necessary.
Q. Is there an initial clean up fee for new clients?
A. Yes, before we can begin your monthly service, we do require an initial clean up. The initial clean up fee is $25 for the first 30 minutes. If it takes longer than 30 minutes, a rate of $12.50
per 15 minutes applies. A FREE odor eliminator treatment is included with your initial clean up.
Q. How do I pay you?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover over the phone. We also accept personal checks. There is a $25 fee for any returned checks.
Q. When is payment due?
A. Payment is due prior to the start of services. We require credit card information at the time of reservation. Services are renewed, and your credit card will be charged, on 1st of every
month. We will remind you by email of the monthly renewal on the 29th of every month (2-3 days prior to charging your card). If you decide not to renew our services, please notify us
between the 29th and 30th/31st of the month. Check payments are due on the first visit of the month.
Q. I started service in the middle of the month. How much is my first payment?
A. If you begin service in the middle of a month, your first payment will consist of the initial clean up plus a prorated amount for the remainder of the month. Your 2nd payment will be on
the 1st of the following month.
Q. Do I have to sign any contracts?
A. No. We can start and stop your service over the phone or via e-mail. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your next scheduled cleaning if you need to cancel. This applies to our
individual residential clients only. Contracts may be required for commercial properties, apartment complexes, HOAs, and condominiums.
Q. Can I cancel a prepaid monthly package?
A. Yes, you can cancel anytime and we will reimburse you for any unused visits. On certain promotions at least one month of service may be required.
Q. How do you not transfer diseases from yard to yard?
A. We disinfect all tools and shoes prior to and after each client visit.
